2. Counter-Notice

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number where you can be reached.
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside. the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the party who provided the original infringement notification or their agent.

3. Notice and Takedown Procedure
When we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content that is allegedly infringing. We will inform the user who posted the content, giving them the chance to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake.
- If we get a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original copyright owner takes legal action to block its restoration.
